Folkes Electrical Construction has state of the art infrared imaging equipment and the personnel to provide essential reporting of the condition of equipment in your facility. Often times many of the other infrared imaging providers are required to provide a certified electrician on hand to open enclosures so the IR technician can take his pictures for his report. The addition of the electrician creates an additional cost to the customer. To remedy this problem, all of our IR technicians are certified electricians; the cost is reduced to the customer.

Another advantage of a certified electrician performing the imaging is that if a minor problem is observed during the imaging, this electrician can often facilitate the repair on the spot, thus avoiding a revisit of the location and further costs. All of our reports are given in hard copy form and in electronic form. Any problem areas are pointed out, and recommendations are made as to the manner in which the problem should be rectified or in some cases, how the problem was rectified. We can also set up yearly or bi-yearly inspections of your facility. We understand the importance of keeping a facility up and running, and often times we can detect problems before disaster strikes.
